Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max Global Variants Appear on Geekbench AI Ahead of Launch

Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max are set to launch in global markets soon. Although Xiaomi has not announced an official date, the phones have reportedly appeared on the Geekbench AI website. The listings reveal their model numbers, operating system, and RAM details. In addition, the entries show early artificial intelligence (AI) processing scores. The duo launched in China last month with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series chipsets.

Geekbench AI Listings Reveal Key Details

According to tipster Anvin (@ZionsAnvin), the global variants have surfaced on Geekbench AI. The Xiaomi 18 Pro carries model number 2609BPN61G. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max appears with model number 2611FPNFAG. Both devices run Android 17 and feature around 12GB of memory. As a result, these listings indicate that Xiaomi is testing the phones for markets outside China.

In the Geekbench AI tests, the Xiaomi 18 Pro scored 2,565 points in the single-precision test, 3,236 points in the half-precision test, and 4,667 points in the quantised test. The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max recorded 2,256 points in single-precision, 3,556 points in half-precision, and 5,092 points in quantised testing. Furthermore, both phones use Qualcomm’s ARMv8 platform. They feature octa-core CPUs with three cores clocked at 3.74GHz, three cores at 4.03GHz, and two performance cores reaching 5.01GHz.

Expected Chipsets and Other Specs

The global Xiaomi 18 Pro is expected to ship with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset. In contrast, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is likely to use the more advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 SoC. The standard variant may include an Adreno 845 GPU, while the Extreme version is said to feature an Adreno 850 GPU. These differences should deliver higher graphics and AI performance on the Pro Max model.

Xiaomi launched both phones in China last month with 200-megapixel triple rear camera units, a Privacy Display feature, and mini rear displays. The Xiaomi 18 Pro sports a 6.4-inch panel, while the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch display. Additionally, the Pro Max packs an 8,500mAh battery, and the Pro includes a 7,000mAh cell. Both support 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging, along with 27W wired reverse charging. Overall, the Geekbench appearance suggests a global launch is approaching, although the exact date remains unannounced.
