Boat is set to launch the Nirvana Eutopia 2 Pro headphones in India very soon. The company teased the new model at the Snapdragon for India event in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Moreover, these headphones will run on a powerful Snapdragon chipset. They will include active noise cancellation (ANC) and support hybrid connectivity options. In addition, the device will feature Qualcomm’s Bluetooth Lossless Audio Technology through the Snapdragon Sound platform.
Furthermore, the Nirvana Eutopia 2 Pro will deliver spatial audio with head tracking. Boat designed the headphones as a direct successor to the original Nirvana Eutopia, which arrived in India in March 2024. The new pair comes optimized for Dolby Atmos. As a result, users will enjoy immersive sound that follows their head movements.
Next, the company highlighted an ultra-low mode for better performance. The headphones will use the Snapdragon S3 Gen 1 platform. This chipset supports dual-mode operation and low-power LE audio integration. It also enables multipoint Bluetooth connections and third-generation adaptive ANC with natural sound leak-through.
Additionally, Snapdragon Sound brings clear audio quality. It offers 16-bit 44.1kHz CD-quality lossless playback over Bluetooth. Users can also access 24-bit 96kHz high-resolution wireless audio. Consequently, music streaming will sound more detailed and faithful.
Boat also focuses on gaming features. The platform provides a special gaming mode with 68ms low-latency audio. It includes voice back-channel support for in-game chats. Moreover, this setup delivers 25 percent lower latency than earlier versions.
For comparison, the first Nirvana Eutopia debuted after its showcase at CES 2024. It launched in India at Rs. 3,999. Those headphones offered 65ms latency, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, and support for Google and Siri voice assistants. They provided up to 20 hours of playtime in standard mode or 15 hours with spatial audio active.
Overall, the Nirvana Eutopia 2 Pro looks ready to raise the bar for wireless audio in India. Fans eagerly await the full launch and pricing details.
